Checking a book off of your “must-read” list.

It’s a little disapppointing. Finishing a book you’ve planned on reading for a long time. You start thinking, “Now what do I read?”

I just finished reading The Great Gatsby this evening. I almost feel a little empty and lost, because I’ve wanted to read it for at least a year. While it was an entirely different experience than I expected, I felt accomplished; then I realized that the story is done and the goal has vanished.
